Hello, I'm Nealle
A Payment Product Management Nerd.
About
I’m a product leader who can spot the hidden levers in complicated systems and know exactly how to use them. I’ve spent my career transforming messy, high-pressure payment and fraud issues into beautiful platforms that millions use. From Deliveroo to Ocado to Mastercard, I’ve helped companies find new ways to make money, reduce risk and launch products that can grow worldwide. I combine a strong technical understanding with a clear commercial perspective, which helps teams come together around stories that inspire action and strategies that boost EBITDA, not just the road map. If there’s a way to make transactions smoother, platforms smarter or customers happier, I’ll find it and get it out there.
Impact First
Process is essential. But not for its own sake. Rather, it's for providing delivery of value to all stakeholders at the right time. In some industries, like financial services, this means delivering value and making sure no one goes to jail for a regulatory breach.
Startups to the largest companies in the world, Finance to Education via online shopping
I've got broad experience. From small startups to one of a global financial services firm. I've built applications running on payment cards, mobile phones, APIs and websites. I deployed the first EMV payment cards in Africa, built parts of a system that powers Mastercard in Apple and Google Pay. Was the first online grocery site to implement Apple Pay and I am now working to digitally transform an education business by building a new billing engine and e-commerce experience.
Always learning
I love to learn. I love the craft of product and enjoy the challenge of applying technologies in creative ways to solve different problems. There is always a book or two on being read, a podcast or audio book queued up for the dog walks. As much as I love to learn I love to apply this new knowledge.
A Global View
I've worked with customers, colleagues and partners from over 50 countries now. I understand the impact that culture has on ways of working and ways of doing business. And, because I am a payment geek I also know that culture changes how people pay.

Partners are Friends, Not Food
Suppliers must be treated as partners, benefiting both parties beyond the commercial agreement. To build successful partnerships businesses should thoroughly understand their payment providers’ performance charges and the cost of failed transactions. Sharing this data with partners allows for identifying areas for improvement and collaborative goal achievement.
